How do I request a Price Match?
- Add all your items to your shopping basket and access and review your shopping cart
- Select Special Request, write item or items that you have found cheaper elsewhere by name, price, and retailer address in Notes and special requests
- Once approved, we’ll give you 5% off the matched price, happy shopping.
What items does the 5% reduction apply to?
Our guarantee applies to all products that are:
- Identical to one advertised cheaper (same model number and version).
- Stocked at our warehouse or stocked at manufacturer warehouse located in Australia.
- Being sold using the same payment method and same warranty term
- Not excluded from the Price Beat Guarantee. (See below)
What is excluded from the Price Beat Guarantee?
- Cashback, bonus (supplier cashback or reduced price available via paper coupon or electronic codeword)
- Coupon offers
- Commercial quantities and pricing
- Offers not available to the public - including trade, special event, club, or membership offers.
- Stock liquidations, clearance, seconds, refurbished, ex-demonstration or display products.
- Products shipped from or sold by third-party sellers on marketplace, auction, or classifieds websites.
- Products supplied through unauthorised distributors (grey market items) or delivered directly to customers from an overseas distributor.
- Pricing errors and mistakes.
- Products with pricing set significantly lower than the recommended retail price or market value.
- Offers not available after purchase.
- We reserve the right to limit sales to reasonable retail quantities.
What proof do I present when requesting a price match?
- Link to product listed on an Australian online store
- Link to advertisement of product
- Any written quotation from Australian retailer that can be verified by quotation number
